About Us
Roots & Runway was created to champion the next generation of fashion stylists from underrepresented ethnic backgrounds. Founded on the belief that creativity thrives when access is equitable, Roots & Runway saw a clear need for a platform that not only celebrates diverse talent but actively supports it. The fashion industry has long lacked inclusive spaces for emerging creatives to grow and Roots & Runway was born to change that. In partnership with Selfridges, our programme offers a hybrid experience that blends real world styling opportunities with mentorship, education and visibility.
